Description
Tungsten Carbide End Mill is used for milling, with one or more of the rotary tool cutter.The margin in workpiece is cut by the mill intermittently. Carbide end mill is mainly used in processing plane, steps, grooves, forming the workpiece surface and cutting and so on.
There are two common materials for manufacturing end mill: high-speed steel, and tungsten carbide. Carbide end mill has relatively higher hardness, stronger cutting ability, and can improve the speed and feed rate as well as increasing productivity.
Specifications:
Deep Groove V550 adopts high-quality high-quality ultra-fine grain tungsten steel material at home and abroad, with bending strength of 4300mpa and grain size of 0.4 μm, including micro diameter milling cutter special for steel or aluminum, coating or no coating. The coating adopts AlTiN or TiSiN imported from Switzerland. Micro diameter milling cutters are all made of high-precision five axis grinding machines, such as ROLLOMATIC of Switzerland and MICRO of Germany, to ensure the accuracy of the cutters. With high precision quality control, and full inspection, all deep groove V550 series end mills are delivered with 100% qualification rate.
